Many Ukrainian children abroad don’t need more pressure — they need the right language environment.

Understands Ukrainian, but replies in English or another language

Mixes Ukrainian with the language of the country they live in

Feels shy to speak because they’re afraid of making mistakes

Knows some words, but can’t speak freely with grandparents or relatives

Lost interest because apps and videos didn’t help

This doesn’t mean your child can’t learn Ukrainian. It usually means they need more live speaking practice, a kind teacher, and lessons that feel natural for their age.
We help children speak Ukrainian through 1:1 playful lessons, brain-friendly activities, and real conversation practice.

Hi! I’m Nataliia, and I love bringing creativity and curiosity into every lesson. I’ve been teaching Ukrainian to children and adults for about 10 years, starting from age five. For me, learning a language is an adventure full of stories, games, and imagination.
I help children feel confident, joyful, and excited to explore Ukrainian. The best part of my day is seeing kids light up when they try something new or express themselves!
I also co-authored Easy Ukrainian Dialogues and love creating playful activities that make learning fun.
