ServicesSpeakUA Kids provides:● Online Ukrainian language lessons for children and teenagers● Trial lessons● Individual online lessons● Educational materials and learning resources● Access to online learning platforms and communication toolsLesson formats, durations, and pricing are displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.
2. Parent or Guardian ResponsibilityA parent or legal guardian is responsible for:● booking lessons,● payments,● communication with SpeakUA Kids,● providing accurate information,● and supervising the child’s participation where appropriate.By enrolling a child in lessons, the parent or guardian confirms they have the legal authority to do so.
3. Trial Lessons & Lesson PackagesSpeakUA Kids may offer:● trial lessons,● individual lessons,● and lesson packages.Lesson durations may vary depending on the child’s age group and program.Current prices and available lesson packages are displayed on the Website and may be updated at any time.
4. Scheduling, Cancellation & Rescheduling4.1 Lesson SchedulingLessons are scheduled at mutually agreed times between the parent/guardian and SpeakUA Kids.Lesson bookings may take up to 24 hours to be confirmed after payment.
4.2 Cancellation PolicyLessons may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled lesson time.If cancellation or rescheduling is requested less than 12 hours before the lesson, the lesson will be considered completed and charged in full.
4.3 Teacher CancellationIf a lesson is cancelled or interrupted due to the fault of SpeakUA Kids or the teacher, the lesson will not be counted as completed and will be rescheduled or credited.
5. Payments & Refunds5.1 PaymentsPayments may be made through payment providers available on the Website, including PayPal, Revolut, Wise, bank transfer, and other supported payment methods.Full payment must be received before lessons are provided unless otherwise agreed.
5.2 Refund PolicyUnused lesson packages may be refunded at SpeakUA Kids’ discretion unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.Lessons cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled lesson time are non-refundable.Trial lessons are non-refundable once completed.
6. Online Learning RequirementsParents and students are responsible for:● maintaining stable internet access,● having a compatible device,● and ensuring access to the necessary software or platforms used for lessons.SpeakUA Kids is not responsible for technical issues outside our reasonable control.
7. Code of ConductStudents are expected to behave respectfully toward teachers and other students during lessons.SpeakUA Kids reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to lessons without refund in cases of:● abusive behavior,● harassment,● disruptive conduct,● inappropriate language,● or repeated refusal to follow lesson rules.
8. Safeguarding & PrivacySpeakUA Kids is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive online learning environment for children.Parents or guardians are responsible for providing consent for their child’s participation in online lessons and communication platforms.Lessons and educational materials may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission from Speak Ukrainian Ltd.
9. Intellectual PropertyAll educational materials, lesson content, worksheets, branding, videos, and resources remain the intellectual property of Speak Ukrainian Ltd.Materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold.
10. DisclaimerWe do not guarantee specific language learning outcomes or timelines.Each child’s progress depends on participation, practice, consistency, and individual learning pace.
11. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Speak Ukrainian Ltd shall not be liable for:● indirect or consequential losses,● technical interruptions,● internet failures,● device incompatibility,● or inability to access services caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.
12. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
